Reporting Requirements

Formal Reports
During the Project: Interim reports are to be submitted within 30 days of the end of the interim segment of the project. These Technical and Fiscal Reports must be approved by CIIRDF prior to the transfer of the interim grant payment. Annual Reports are required only for projects with multiple project periods, and must be submitted within 60 days of the end of the period.

After Project Completion: The Final Technical, Fiscal and Commercialization Reports are due within 60 days of the termination of the Agreement and approval must precede the final payment.

Sales are to be reported to CIIRDF on a biannual calendar basis following project completion. Sales Reports are due within 60 days of the end of each biannual period, and continue until the repayment is complete.

Informal Reports
As a contributor to the project, CIIRDF would like to be kept abreast of important developments. In addition to the formal reports required under the Agreement, we welcome informal reporting of significant project events, positive or otherwise. The prompt sharing of unexpected developments will enable us to work with the Project Management on any resulting rescheduling or revisions to the program plan.
